Heesen Yachts

Heesen is recognised as a world leader in aluminium superyachts and their yachts consistently win major awards.

We were invested from 1999 to fall 2008 . During those years we supported Heesen Yachts in the development and implemention of the business and marketing model of the very succesfull semi custom series, 3700 and 4400 series. Which was the gamechanger for Heesen Yachts

Dreumex

Dreumex has been active as a manufacturer of heavy-duty hand cleansing and hand care products for more than 55 years. Over the years, the company has grown to be one of the leading suppliers of these products in Europe. 

Thanks to a combination of expertise and experience, Dreumex has developed a total package of cutting-edge, high-quality products that protect, clean and care for hands. 

We were invested from 2000 to fall 2007. During those years we successfully implemented factory performance improvements and new more user friendly packaging.

Nitromors

Nitromors, latin for “death to paint”, has been synonymous with fast and effective paint and varnish removal since the 1930s.

The UK’s leading paint and varnish remover promises to breakdown the oldest and toughest paint or varnish with minimal effort.

We were invested from 2000 to spring 2004 . During those years we supported Nitromors with the development and implementation of the non-drip Nitromors All Purpose formula, ideal for vertical applications.

SuperTape

Supertape produces millions of square metres adhesive tape per year. And deliver reliable adhesive links to their customers. Links that have formed the basis for long-term, pleasant relationships with end users and distributors. 

With more than 200 employees in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Poland and the UK, Supertape has built up (leading) positions in 20 markets and more than 40 countries. 

We were invested from 1999 to winter 2007. During those years we supported Supertape with product innovations for consumer market

Citin – Bruynzeel

Citin is one of BeNeLux leading Home Care Cleaning Brands. Specialized in dedicated home care cleaning problems such as allgae cleaner and spot cleaner for clothing.

Today is Citin part of Mellerud Germany.The No. 1 full-range product supplier. In Germany alone, their products are available in about 3,000 speciality, hardware and other related stores.

We were invested in Citin from 1999 to summer 2007. We supported Citin with the development and investment in more consumer friendly packaging and marketing concepts.

Ancasta – Nautitec

Ancasta network of 15 yachtbrokerage offices is today the largest boat sales network in Europe,

Ancasta ensures that a yacht buyer or seller enjoys the same impeccable service from each and every broker in each and every office.

Every year, Ancasta sells over 500 boats.

We were invested from 1996 to 2003. During those years we supported Ancasta with their business and marketing model accross mainland Europe.

Keltec Dispensing Systems

Silgan Dispensing is a world leader in primary packaging dispensing systems market.

Silgan creates dispensing solutions for some of the world’s most iconic brands—from triggers and pumps to sprayers and closures.

We were invested as majority shareholder from 1996 to fall 2007. During those years we supported the company with the development and implementation of the “Rolling Bellow” technology . A single part pump engine. As well we did develop and build 3 global manufacturing sites. And very proud on our contribution of bringing the Olay and Gillette brands from P&G on board.
